Ingredients:
Chicken - 700 gms
Lemon - 2 Tsp
Salt - ⅓ Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Onion & Green Chilies Paste - 2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
Yoghurt - ½ cup
Black Pepper ⅓ Tsp
Fresh Coriander - few leaves
Oil - 5 Tsp
Method:
- Marinate the Chicken: Take 700 gms chicken. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle lemon (2 Tsp), Salt (⅓ Tsp), Garam Masala (1 Tsp), Onion & Green Chilies Paste - 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Tsp), Yogurt (½ cup), Black Pepper (⅓ Tsp), Fresh Coriander - few leaves
- Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to get the best result.
- Start Pan Cooking: In a pan, add 5 teaspoon oil and on high heat place chicken to shallow fry.
- As the 1 side is done flip the side.
- Pour the remaining marination mixture over chicken to make it juicy and form a gravy.
- Cover for 30 minutes to tender the chicken.
- After 30 minutes, uncover and on high heat evaporate the excess water.
- Garnish with lemon and pepper...
- Your 'lemon pepper chicken' is ready to serve.
