Method:
Marinate the Chicken: Take 700 gms chicken. Cut into pieces. Sprinkle lemon (2 Tsp), Salt (⅓ Tsp), Garam Masala (1 Tsp), Onion & Green Chilies Paste – 2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (2 Tsp), Yogurt (½ cup), Black Pepper (⅓ Tsp), Fresh Coriander – few leaves
Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to get the best result.
Start Pan Cooking: In a pan, add 5 teaspoon oil and on high heat place chicken to shallow fry.
As the 1 side is done flip the side.
Pour the remaining marination mixture over chicken to make it juicy and form a gravy.
Cover for 30 minutes to tender the chicken.
After 30 minutes, uncover and on high heat evaporate the excess water.
Garnish with lemon and pepper…
Your ‘lemon pepper chicken’ is ready to serve.
