  • Mango Ice cream – 3 Scoops
  • Condensed Milk – ½ Cup
  • Mango cubes – ½ Cup
  • Bananas – ½ Cup Slices
  • Apple – ½ Cup Slices
  • Green Grapes – 10
  • Black grapes – 10

Instructions

  • Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, add ice cream and condensed milk and give it a good whisk to make the fluffy mixture.
  • Now cut the fruits in slices.
  • Add mango cubes, banana slices and apple slices, green and black grapes in the creamy mixture.
  • Mix all the fruit through spatula.
  • Fruit salad (Chaat is ready to serve)

Notes

  • For best result, use fresh fruit
  • Avoid frozen fruits as it will release water.
  • Avoid fruits that releases water.
