- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 kiwis peeled (fresh)
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Peel the kiwi skin and cut into cubes.
In a blender, add kiwi, strawberries, honey, almond milk and vanilla extract.
Blend well!
- If you have fresh strawberries then use it as I feel it taste better as compared to frozen.
- You can use other options like avocado and banana.
- I prefer to use ripe kiwi as it's tasty and sweet with less tart.
- Vanilla extract will amazingly enhance the taste of the smoothie.
- Honey is optional. If you want more sweetness then add brown sugar.
- Almond milk will enhance the creaminess of smoothie. You can also use full-fat cow milk or skimmed milk.
- Vanilla yogurt can be used to make it more healthy and nutritious.
- If you want try with vanilla ice cream. I have tried and love the taste.
