  • For Chicken Seasoning:
  • Chicken – 2 Breasts
  • Salt – ½ Tsp
  • Garlic Powder – ½ Tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
  • Paprika Powder – ½ Tsp
  • For Chicken Coating:
  • All Purpose Flour – 2 Tbsp
  • Cornflour – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – ½ Tsp
  • Garlic Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Paprika Powder – ⅓ Tsp
  • Frying Chicken:
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Butter – 2 Tsp
  • Garlic Sauce
  • Fresh Garlic Grated – 3 Cloves
  • Onion Chopped – 1 medium
  • Salt – ⅓ Tsp
  • Black Pepper – ½ Tsp
  • Greek Yogurt Cream – 1 Cup


  • Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Now in another bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and paprika and mix well.
  • Now coat the chicken breast pieces in flour.
  • Heat up the pan with oil and butter.
  • Fry chicken pieces from both sides.
  • Take out chicken from the pan as it turns to golden brown color.
  • Now in the same pan, grate the garlic cloves and make it aromatic.
  • Add chopped onion and caramelized it with grated garlic.
  • Now turn the temperature to lower and pour greek yogurt cream. You can also use fresh cream if you don’t have yogurt cream.
  • Stir continuously for few seconds until the cream mix well with onion and garlic.
  • Now place fried chicken pieces in this creamy garlic sauce.
  • Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on low medium heat.
  • After 15 minutes, the chicken will be ready to serve.
  • Adjust the salt and pepper if it requires.
  • Garnish with cilantro/coriander.



  • Season the Chicken Breasts at room temperature.
  • Fry the chicken on medium-high heat to make the chicken moist and juicy.
  • Don't overcook
  • Garlic has a strong flavor so add garlic according to your taste buds. 
  • Simmer the chicken breasts for 15 minutes to make them moist and tender.
  • Fresh cream can be used as an alternative to yogurt cream.
