How to Make Bread Gulab Jamun Dough
Bread slices: 7-8
Full Fat Milk: 3 Tsp
Condensed Milk: 3 Tsp
For Sugar Syrup

Sugar: 1 Cup
Water: ½ liter
Green Cardamom: 5-6
Kewra Essence: 5 drops
Oil for deep frying
Garnish with Dry fruit: Almonds slices, pistachio, raisins, saffron
Method:
Preparation of Gulab Jamun Dough
- Make a bread dough by add bread slices, full-fat milk and condensed milk in a bowl.
- Break the bread slices so it's easy to make a dough.
- As the bread become soggy then knead with hand to make a soft dough.
- Now take a small part of the dough and make small balls like Gulab Jamun.
Preparation of Sugar Syrup
- In the next step, make a thick sugar syrup to dip the gulab jamun.
- Take a pan and add water, sugar, green cardamom and kewra essence and heat it up until the thick syrup formed.
Deep Frying the Gulab Jamun
- In a pan, add oil to deep fry the gulab jamun and keep the temperature medium.
- Now one by one adds gulab jamun balls in pre-heated oil. Monitor the temperature for quality frying.
- As the golden brown color comes up then take it out on a platter.
Dip the Fried Gulab Jamun in Sugar Syrup
- Now dip the evenly fried golden brown gulab jamun in hot sugar syrup.
