Homemade Cheese Omelette Recipe
Ideal for: 2 Persons
Cooking time: 20 Mins
Ingredients:
Eggs: 4
Onion: 1 tablespoon chopped
tomatoes: 2 teaspoon Chopped
Green chilies: To taste
Salt: to taste
black pepper: 2 pinches
Red chili powder: 2 pinches
Oil: for frying
Method:
- Break 4 eggs in a bowl
- Add chopped onion.
- Next, add chopped tomatoes (take tomato upper part without skin).
- Add sliced green chilies
- Now add spices: Salt - To taste,
- Add red chili powder - 2 pinches
- Add black pepper powder - 2 pinches
- Now beat the eggs until you get a smooth texture.
- Next step is to brush oil/butter in frying pan.
- Keep the temperature high
- Now pour the egg mixture in pan.
- As the eggs fried from one side, flip the side and keep the temperature from high to medium/low.
- Add cheese slices on eggs and cover it for 2 mins.
- Now dish out your eggs in a platter.
