    cheese paratha recipe

Cheese paratha is one of the hot favorite paratha in paratha's category that people love to eat. Normally this paratha recipe is associated with kids food but it's truly recommended for other family members if you want to have cheese bread bites in your tea time or as snack meal. It's not only scrumptious and tempting but also easy to cook if you have prepared the dough. We are trying to make this recipe in restaurant style to make it more tempting.

    Cheese Paratha Recipe Video

    Ideal for: Kids/Toddlers
Cooking time: 10 Mins - Dough Resting Time: 45 Mins
    Language: Hindi / Urdu
    Watch Time: 5:04

    Ingredients:

    • Flour - 2.5 Cups
    • Salt - To Taste
    • Oil/Ghee/Butter - 1 Tbsp
    • Water to knead the dough
    • Butter for Frying
    • Cheddar Cheese for Stuffing
    • Olives (optional)

    Method:

    Preparation of Paratha Dough

    1. Take a bowl, add flour, salt, and oil and mix all the ingredients properly through spoon or hands.
    2. Slowly add water(room temperature) and make a soft dough.
    3. Cover it and keep it in a warm place for about 45 mins (minimum time).
    4. After 45 minutes, uncover and knead the flour again and now it's ready to roll paratha.

    Paratha Making

    1. Distribute the dough to make parathas. Cut into small parts and make a small ball through hands.
    2. Dust the ball on flour and flat it through hands.
    3. Now make a medium size roti using a rolling pin.
    4. Place butter on it and fold the paratha in fan style.
    5. Again stretch to a long way and roll the paratha to form a spiral.
    6. Now flat the spiral form through hands and roll the paratha again to form a big roti.
    7. Try to make it thin for a quality result.

    Cheese Stuffing on Paratha

    1. In this step simply place the grated cheese on paratha.
    2. You can use any type of cheese but cheddar and mozzarella are the recommend cheese type.
    3. You can also take the combination of cheddar and mozzarella.
    4. To make it more tempting and healthy, place olives over the cheese.
    5. Place cheese on one side of paratha.
    6. Now fold the other side of paratha and sealed the edges using water.
    7. To make the paratha secure, try to seal the edges using the fork.
    8. I placed the fork to create marks on the edges. This step not only secures the paratha but also make it more tempting.

    Fry the Paratha

    1. Gently place the paratha on the pre-heated skillet (tawa).
    2. Apply butter on both sides of paratha.
    3. Fry both the sides and take it out on a platter.
    4. Cut the Paratha from middle to make it easy to eat.
    5. Now cheese paratha is ready to eat.

Thanks for watching! and enjoy your happy meal time.
