To Make this recipe, you just need few ingredients:
Full Fat Milk - 2.5 cups
Sugar - ⅓ Cup
Cocoa powder - ⅓ cup
Corn flour - ⅓ cup
Vanilla Essence - ¼ tsp
Full Cream - ½ cup
Mix all the mixture together and give it a great whisk to make a homogenous mixture.
Cook the mixture on low heat until it comes in form of a thick paste.
Continuous stir while cooking
Add dark chocolate as the mixture forms a thick paste.
Mix well...
Pour the mixture in the mould.
Place butter paper in mould to avoid sticking.
Cook down the mousse temperature.
Gently place in refrigerator for 8 hrs.
Take out and remove from mould and cut into pieces to serve.
