    Egg Curry Recipe - Egg Gravy Recipe - Egg Masala Recipe Video - Egg curry recipe is the ideal for every home in Pakistan and India. Today, I am making Egg curry or egg gravy masala in dhaba style that you surely love it. If you are in love with local spices then this recipe will surely add value to your lunch/dinner table and give you a moment to enjoy dining time with your friends, family, and loved ones.

    It's gravy style masala curry recipe in Urdu / Hindi that you can take with roti or might be with rice as well. I tried to add boiled eggs in a fried form that will enhance the taste of the gravy.

    If you like to experiment recipes with eggs then this recipe might be ideal for you to add to your menu. Eggs can be prepared in different ways so this recipe is the idea for you to make it in gravy style.

    Egg Curry Recipe Video

    Ideal for: 2 Persons
    Cooking time: 45 Mins

    Egg curry recipeIngredients:

    Eggs: 5
    Garam Masala: Green Cardamom (6), Cloves (5-6),
    Cinnamon (1 stick), Black Pepper (15), Cumin (1 tsp).
    Onion: 1 Medium Size (Roughly cut)
    Garlic: 5-6
    Ginger
    Yoghurt: 1 cup
    Red pepper: 1 Tsp
    Turmeric: 1 Tsp
    Fresh green masala for garnish:
    Green Pepper: 5-6,
    Fresh Coriander

    Method:

    1. Boiled eggs and peel the skin.
    2. Deep fry your eggs and keep them aside.
    3. Make a paste of ginger, garlic, and onion in a blender
    4. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and add garam masala over medium heat.
    5. As garam masala started frying, add ginger/garlic/onion paste and keep the flame high.
    6. As the water gets evaporated and oil comes over the pan add spices.
    7. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in gravy and keep stirring for 4 mins.
    8. Add little water if your masala sticking to the pan.
    9. As the oil comes over the pan and masala gets fried then add tomatoes and yoghurt and keep stirring until the water goes out and masala looks like a form of gravy.
    10. Now add 300 ml of water and cover it for 5 mins.
    11. Add fried eggs and again cover it and cook for 5 more mins.
    12. Now the dish is ready to serve! Garnish with green chillies and fresh coriander.
