Easy Tips to Make Perfect Biryani

Before starting, I wanted to share 10 tips to make tasty biryani that you eat in restaurants. Some basic hacks will help you to create perfect taste:

    1. Thinly slice the onion. Thick onion slices will not make tasty curry.
    2. Always use fresh ginger garlic paste.
    3. Be accurate in using spices
    4. Fully cook your meat.
    5. Use Basmati rice to make presentable and aromatic.
    6. Be careful, when you soak biryani rice. (Don't soak more than 15 minutes if you are using basmati rice)
    7. Fully drain the water from boil rice before making the biryani layer.
    8. Rice should be boiled 90% before making the layer. (Never fully boil biryani rice before making layer)
    9. When making the layer, make sure the curry should not be watery. If it is then cooked on high heat.
    10. Make sure when biryani get ready, then don't run the spoon from the middle. Alway run spoon from sides to avoid rice break.
