    Tea Biscuits - Tea Biscuits Recipe - How to Make Biscuits Without Oven

    Tea time is the most important time for family get together so you need some special recipes that can make this time special and memorable for you and family. My mother uses to make these types of tea biscuits for us. It's a healthy and nutritious recipe that you can follow to make biscuits for your craving time.

    How to Make Tea Biscuits Recipe Card

    Ingredients
    Sugar - ½ Cup
    Oil - ⅓ Cup
    Egg - 1
    Baking powder - ⅓ Tsp
    Vanilla Essence - ⅓ Tsp
    Salt - 2 Pinches
    All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1.5 Cup

    Method:

    1. Take a bowl, mix sugar and oil using a whisk.
    2.  Now Add Egg, Baking powder, Vanilla Essence and Salt and again give a good whisk to mix all ingredients.
    3.  Sieve the flour and gradually add in the mixture and mix well.
    4.  Knead the dough to make it smooth (watch the video tutorial to note the steps).
    5.  Place the dough on rolling board and using hand make a long rectangular strip. Cut the dough in small rectangular pieces.
    6.  Mark the biscuit using a fork.
    7.  Set biscuits in the mould.
    8.  Place in preheated pan for 40-50 minutes on low heat.
    9.  If you are using oven then place it in preheated oven on 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 12 minutes.
    10.  After 45 minutes of baking on the pan. Take it out and serve with hot tea.
