    Aloo Anday Recipe - Anday Aloo - Anday Aloo ki Bhujia - Potato eggs recipes come in a variety of way. Today, I am sharing "aloo anday recipe" to make aloo anday bhujia that you surely love to eat with Paratha or Roti. It's a multi-purpose dish that you can make in breakfast, also for lunch or you can also give it to your kids in their school lunch box. It's healthy, nutritious and gives a filling effect after eating this.

    In today's menu, Hinz cooking is making aloo anday ki bhujia in dry form. It's simple, super-fast, easy to eat and tasty dish for foodies. You kids will also love this dish if you make it with fewer spices.

    Aloo Anday Recipe Video - Anday Aloo ki Bhujia

    Ideal for: 3 Persons
    Cooking time: 30 Mins

    aloo anday recipe Egg Potato RecipeIngredients:

    Potato: 2 Big Size (Dice Cutting)
    Onion: 1 (sliced)
    Cumin: 1 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
    Turmeric: 1 tsp
    Salt: To taste
    Hari Mirch: 3
    Tomato: 1
    Anday: 2
    Olive Oil: As per requirement
    Hara Dhania: For Garnish

    Method:

    1. Take 2 big potatoes and soak it in 1 pinch of salt for min 30 mins.
    2. Drain the water and keep it aside.
    3. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil
    4. Add cumin seeds, green chilies, and sliced onion in pan.
    5. Cook onion until it changes the color to light pink.
    6. Add spices, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt according to taste.
    7. Mix spices
    8. Add tomatoes
    9. As the tomatoes starting blend then add diced cutting tomatoes and cooking for about 2 mins.
    10. Add 150 ml of water
    11. Cover it and cook for 20 mins.
    12. As the potatoes become soft then add 2 beaten eggs in a pan and stir immediately with quick hands.
    13. Cover again, and cook it for about 3 mins.
    14. Now your anday aloo bhujia is ready to serve.
    15. Garnish it with fresh coriander and green chilies.

    Serve it with Nan, Roti or Paratha of yours choice!
