    What is Aloo Chicken?

It's a famous Pakistani and Indian chicken recipe with potato (aloo) loaded with thick and smooth gravy which is called 'shorba'. In India and Pakistani people love to eat curry with lots of gravy as it's really comforting to eat with roti, naan or paratha.

Chicken can be cooked with a variety of vegetables but the flavor of chicken with potatoes (aloo) makes a perfect flavor. Honestly, it's a best combination of veg and non-veg.

My mother exclusively makes this shorbawala chicken in summer lunch and we all love it due to it's special aroma and taste. It's the best recipe for veg and non-veg lovers. Try it in your kitchen to share with your family and friends.
