It's a healthy wok fried chicken and veggies recipe cooked with Chinese style garlic sauce prepared with the flavor of soya sauce and cornstarch. Tender and juicy chicken strips with savory garlic sauce is enough to satisfy the meal craving for long time.

You can make this recipe with Chicken wings, thighs, or breasts.
Chicken breast slices dipped in soya sauce and vinegar with garlic powder and black pepper give it a significant flavor and aroma while cooking. Ingredients & Substitutions
Chicken Breast: Cut the thick and uniform strips of 2 breast pieces.
Chicken Marinade: Dark soya sauce - 3 Tsp, Vinegar (Synthetic) - 1.5 Tsp, garlic powder ½ tsp, black pepper powder ½ teaspoon and salt ½ tsp
Oil (Vegetable/Olive Oil) - Used 1 tablespoon oil to sauce garlic
Garlic: Used freshly grated garlic to make this recipe.
Veggies: Used Onion and Capsicum in sliced form. To add spice, green chilies used which is optional. In variation to add more veggies Broccoli and spinach can also be used.
Cornstarch: Prepare slurry with broth to adjust the consistency of sauce.
Chicken Broth: Will help to maintain the desired consistency of sauce.
How to Make Chicken With Garlic Sauce Chinese
Prepare Chicken Marinade
Slice the chicken breasts in a form of thick strips.
In a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well! Now add chicken strips and give it a good mix. Marinate chicken for 01 hour.
Prepare Garlic Sauce
In a pan, add oil (Vegetable/sesame) and heat it up. Add grated garlic and green chilies. Saute until it changes color and gets aromatic. Now add marinated chicken and cook on high heat until the chicken changes its color.
Add onion and capsicum slices and stir fry with chicken. Add chicken broth and cover the lid. Cook for 5 minutes to tender the chicken. (If you are using thick chicken pieces then give it more time to get tender).
In the meanwhile, prepare cornstarch mixture with chicken broth.
Add in chicken after 5 minutes. Stir quickly and cook for 5 more minutes on low medium heat to settle the chicken sauce thickness.
Now the "chicken with garlic sauce" is ready to serve.
