Ingredients
Boiled Rice - 2 ½ Cup
Half Cup - Cabbage
Half Cup - Capsicum
Carrots - Half Cup
Green Chilies - 3 Chopped
Eggs - 2
Garlic - 1 teaspoon Grated
Vinegar
Soya Sauce
Black Pepper
Salt
Cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
Method
- Soaked rice for half an hour.
- After half an hour boil the rice.
- Drain water and keep the rice on the side.
- For best result, keep rice for 2 hours before making fried rice.
- In a bowl, beat 2 eggs.
- Add salt and black pepper in beaten eggs.
- In a pan add oil to make scrambled eggs.
- Add egg in oil and cook for few seconds on medium heat then scrambled using spoon/spatula.
- Take it out and keep on the side.
- Now in the same pan, add oil and saute grated garlic.
- Then add cabbage and saute with garlic.
- Now add carrots, capsicum and green chillies.
- Add salt, black pepper and dark soya sauce.
- Saute for a few minutes and then add boiled rice.
- Add salt and mix well on high heat.
- Now add fried scrambled eggs in rice.
- And now cover and cook on low heat for a few minutes.
- After getting steam, fried rice is done and ready to serve.
