Rooh Afza Milk Sharbat Recipe Card
Ingredients:
- Chilled Milk - 300 ml
- Powder Sugar - 1 Tbsp
- Rabri Milk - ½ Cup
- Rose Water - ½ Tsp
- Cinnamon Powder - 1 Pinch
- Rooh Afza - 1 Tbsp
- Chilled Water - 100 ml
- Grated Cashews - 1 Tsp
- Sliced Almonds - 1 Tsp
- Grated Pistachios - 1 Tsp
Method:
- In a blender, add chilled milk, powder sugar, rabri milk, rose water, a pinch of cinnamon powder.
- Also, add Rooh Afza syrup and Chilled Water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of dry nuts cashews, almonds, and pistachios.
- Blend all the ingredients together to make it frothy.
- Now in a glass, pour some Rooh Afza.
- Pour blended Doodh ka Sharbat in glasses.
- Sprinkle some dry nuts and serve.
- Milk Sharbat is ready.
Notes:
- You can add Gulab syrup to a place of Rooh Afza.
- Dry coconut can also be added to enhance flavor.
- Basil Seeds (Tukhum Malanga) can also be added.
