    Rice Kheer Recipe - Pakistani Kheer Recipe - Chawal ki Kheer with Khoya - Mawa

    Chawal ki kheer or rice kheer recipe is the famous an most demanding recipe of south Asia, especially local people want to make it on their special events like wedding, family get-togethers, and other special occasions. People love to taste kheer in "mitti ki thali" but at home, you can make it in a variety of ways, and present in different styles.

    Today at Hinz cooking, we are going to make Chawal ki Kheer in Pakistani style. This rice kheer recipe will be prepared using rice, milk, and khoya as major ingredients.

    Homemade Rice Kheer Recipe Video

    Cooking time: 35 Mins

    Kheer Recipe Card

    Ingredients:

    Rice - 1 cup (soaked for 4 hrs)
    Milk - 1 literrice kheer recipeSugar 1 ½ cup
    Kewra essence - 4 drops
    Green Cardamom - 7-8
    Khoya - 1 cup
    Almond - Pistachio (handful)

    Method:

    1. Blend soaked rice with ½ liter milk in a blender.
    2. Add cardamom powder or seeds during blending.
    3. Also, add ½ liter milk in a pan.
    4. Add the mixture of rice and milk in hot boiling milk in a pan.
    5. Keep stirring...
    6. As the mixture gets thick, add sugar and khoya and stir again until you get the texture of kheer.
    7. Dish it out and garnish with khoya, almond, and pistachios.
