    Rasgulla recipe | Spongy Chenna Rasgulla | Bengali Rasgulla | Easy Rasgulla Video | Rosogulla - Today sharing one of the mouthwatering mithai recipe that people love to eat on special occasions. Famous in India (घर मे कैसे रसगुल्ले बनाये), Bangladesh and Pakistan (رس گلے بنانے کا طریقہ).

    Here I am sharing an authentic halwai recipe of rasgulla that you can try in your home kitchen without hesitation. Since my childhood, I always craving for Rasgulla and Gulab Jamun and sometimes it happened when don't access to these mithai items. So I prepare it at home even on special occassions like Eid and family get together. You can also try Rasgulla at home and you will feel the same flavour and texture of halwai's made rasgulla.

    Spongy Rasgulla or rosogulla is the most famous Pakistani and Indian sweet dish.     How to Make Rasgulla - Recipe Video

    Rasgulla Recipe Card

    Ingredients:
    Milk - 1 litre
    Fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

    For Sugar Syrup:
    Sugar - 3 Tbsp
    Water - 300 ml
    Kewra Essence - ½ Tsp
    Green Cardamom - 4

    Almonds for garnishing

    Method:

    • Preparation of Paneer / Chenna: In a pan, add 1 litre Milk and heat it up to boil.
    • Now squeeze fresh lemon and add 3 teaspoon gradually in hot boil milk.
    • Milk start to curdle in few seconds.
    • When the milk completely curdles.
    • Take a piece of cloth (hand kerchief) with small pores and drain the milk over it.
    • Remove the water from milk.
    • Make a potli using hand kerchief and hang it squeeze the excess water.
    • Give it minimum 30 minutes to get rid with water from paneer.
    • After 30 minutes, Panner is ready to make rasgulla.
    • Just take it out from cloth and knead on rolling board to make it smooth.
    • Then make a small balls of panner.
    • Make sure the balls are without crack otherwise it will break.
    • Preparation of Sugar Water: In a bowl add 300 ml water and 3 tablespoon of Sugar.
    • Mix well and cook on medium heat to make a syrup.
    • Add Kewera essence and green cardamom to add flavor.
    • Dip Paneer Balls in Sugar Syrup.
    • Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
    • As the paneer balls double in size.
    • Take it out!! and serve..
    • Rasgulla is ready to eat.
