Boiled Macaroni - 1 Cup | Salt - To Taste | Green Chilies - 2 Chopped | Capsicum (Chopped) - 1 Tbsp | Carrot (Chopped) - 1 Tbsp | Fresh Corriander (Chopped) | Onion (Chopped) - 1 Tbsp | Corn - 2 Tbsp | Yogurt - 1 Tbsp | Black Pepper - ½ Tsp | Parmesan Cheese - 2 Tsp
How to Make
- In a pan, add 1-liter water and boil it.
- As the water started to boil, add macaroni and boil it for about 8 minutes.
- Add salt during the boil.
- After boiling, check macaron and drain the water.
- Rinse with tap water and wash it through hand to get rid of the starch.
- Keep the macaroni on the stainer to release excess water.
- Now in a bowl, add macaroni,
- Also add green chilies, carrot, capsicum, corn, onion, and fresh coriander.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
- Add yogurt and give it a good mix.
- Now sprinkle parmesan cheese to give it unique flavor and aroma.

Alternatively, you can use a portion size of yogurt and mix it when you have it. In this way, you can store salad without yogurt for 2 days in the fridge.
