Tips to Make Perfect Spaghetti Pasta
- Pick the right brand of spaghetti pasta.
- Don't over boil or under boil the pasta. (Maximum time to boil: 8 minutes on high medium temperature).
- Always add the pasta in hot boiling water.
- Make sure to run a quick spoon in a pan after adding pasta otherwise it will clutter.
- Never add watery chicken in pasta otherwise the whole taste will be compromised.
- Make sure to avoid too much oil. Just 1 tablespoon will be enough for 1 packet.
- Adding salt in pasta during boil will make it more delicious as it will quickly absorb the sodium on high heat.
- Avoid too much salt as the pasta itself is salty and soya sauce and other sauces that you will add as sodium content.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti Pasta - 1 Packet
- Oil - 2 Tsp
- Butter - 2 Tsp
- Garlic (Grated) - 1 Tsp
- Green Chilies - 3
- Chicken (Boiled) - ½ Cup
- Tomato - 1 (Cubes)
- Salt - 1 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
- Chicken Stock - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Onion (Sliced) - 1 Tbsp
- Capsicum
- Carrots
- Red Chili Paste - 2 Tsp
- Dark Soya Sauce - 2 Tsp
- Ajinomoto - ½ Tsp
- Black Pepper - ½ Tsp
Method:
- Preparation to Boil Spaghetti: Take a deep pan, filled with water.
- Boil the water and add 1 packet of spaghetti pasta.
- Quickly stir to avoid spaghetti clutter.
- Boil spaghetti for 8 minutes.
- Drain the hot water.
- Wash pasta with cold water.
- Drizzle little oil and mix well.
- Now keep it on the side to move on the next step.
- Preparation to Make Chicken and Vegetables:
- In a pan, add oil (2 Tsp) and butter (2 Tsp) and heat it up.
- Add garlic paste (1 Tsp) in heated oil.
- Also, add chopped green chilies (3) and saute for a few minutes.
- Now add chicken pieces and give it a good stir.
- Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, and mix well.
- At the same time, add chicken stock or water and again mix.
- Now add vegetable finger slice carrots, capsicum, and sliced onion and mix well.
- Add red chili paste.
- Assembling: Now add boiled spaghetti.
- Check salt. Add if there is any requirement.
- Also, add dark soya sauce.
- Give it a good mix.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes on steam.
- Now 'chicken spaghetti and vegetable pasta is ready to serve.
