Ingredients
Boiled Potato - 1
Boiled Chicken (ground) - 1 Cup
Cheese - 1 Tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 Cup
Salt - ½ Tsp
Black Pepper - ⅓ Tsp
Oregano - ⅓ Tsp
Oregano - ⅓ Tsp
Corn Flour For Coating
Water
Oil For Frying
Method
- In a bowl, smoothly mash boiled potato.
- Boil chicken and crushed in the grinder.
- Add chicken with mashed potato.
- Now season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano.
- Add grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- Mix well.
- Make rolls with hands
- Now in another bowl, add cornflour and water and mix well.
- Dip the roll in cornflour water.
- Place in hot oil for deep frying.
- Fry until you get a deep golden color from all sides.
- Take out on kitchen paper and serve with ketchup, mayo or chutney.
