Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 500 gms
Onion slices - 1 small size
cloves - 4
Ginger chopped - ½ Tsp
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Fresh coriander - Few leaves
Breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
green chillies chopped
oil - ½ tbsp
Method:
- In a grinder, add boneless chicken, onion, cloves, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander, bread crumbs and green chilies.
- Grind all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.
- Make a shape of cutlet (rounded or rectangular)
- Coat the cutlet on breadcrumbs
- Shallow fry until getting the golden color.
- The chicken cutlet is ready to serve.
Serve with Green chutney or ketchup!!
