Bread pizza on tawa is the quickest and yummiest pizza recipe that you can prepare within 10 to 15 minutes. It's a one-pan skillet pizza prepared with bread slices on the stovetop. An easy idea to serve at party, teatime, breakfast or in a lunch box.

It's desi style bread pizza recipe that you can easily make on the stovetop without an oven. Bread slices are used to make a pizza base. Layered with pizza sauce and then topped with chicken tikka chunks, capsicum, onion, and lots of mozzarella and cheddar with a sprinkle of oregano.
People from South Asia, especially India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal used to make different styles of desi pizza according to people's tastes. Normally it's been baked in a tandoor or oven but here I am making it on the stovetop that will hardly take 10 minutes to get ready. I used to make this pizza on holiday breakfast or sometimes with evening tea. It's a great idea to make quick pizza and everybody loved it.

Ingredients
Bread Slices - Use freshly cubed bread slices to make a pizza crust.
Pizza Sauce - I used the ready made pizza sauce but you can also use homemade. Make sure the pizza sauce is thick otherwise the pizza gets soggy.
Chicken Tikka pieces - Use leftover chicken tikka pieces or simply roast the chicken on tawa. You can make variations in topping as per your taste.
Capsicum rings + Onion rings - Used capsicum and onion in form of rings. The aroma of veg will add a unique flavor to pizza.
Cheese Topping - The Combination of cheddar and mozzarella will add the stings to pizza and enhance the taste.
Oregano - It's an Italian herb that will add earthy flavor and aroma to pizza.
How to Make
Make a Bread Pizza Crust: The pizza crust is important to make a perfect bread pizza on Tawa. In this recipe, I used different pieces of bread cubes and used my hands to set in a pizza pan to make a perfect crust. Place the crust in a greasy pan.
Over the bread, pour pizza sauce and spread all over. In the same way, topped the pizza with chicken tikka cubes, capsicum rings, and onion rings. Make sure the topping is spread evenly on the overall pizza. Topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Preheat the skillet. Place the pizza pan on a heated skillet on low flame. Cover the pan for 10 minutes to get done. After 10 minutes, uncover and remove the pizza from pan. Cut into slices and serve!!

Easy Tips
- Microwave the bread for 2 minutes before use. It will make the bread soft and spongy.
- Use tight hands to make the crust of bread to make a pizza crust. Don't forget to grease the pizza tray.
- Use the fork to mark on crust. It's optional!
- Left over chicken tikka pieces are best to make the topping.
- Place the pizza tray on preheated skillet/tawa.
- Cover the top of pizza so the steam can cook the pizza properly.
- If you think the bottom of pizza require toasting then keep it on skillet for few minutes until getting the desired result.

Ingredients
- 7 Bread Slices
- 1 tablespoon Pizza Sauce – 1 Tbsp
- 7 Chicken Tikka pieces Cube
- Capsicum rings
- Onion rings
- 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
- Cut the bread slices into tiny pieces.
- Grease the pizza pan.
- Place bread pieces in a pan and press through hands to set the bread to make pizza crust.
- Over the bread, pour pizza sauce and spread all over.
- In the same way, sprinkle small pieces of chicken tikka overall pizza crust.
- Place capsicum rings,
- Also, place onion rings.
- Topped with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Preheat the skillet
- Place the pizza pan on a heated skillet on low flame.
- Cover the mould for 10 minutes to get done.
- After 10 minutes, uncover and remove pizza from the pan.
- Cut into slices and serve!!

- To make the bread soft and spongy, Microwave it for 2 minutes just before use.
