    Easy Red Velvet Cake Recipe | How to Make Red Velvet Cake From Scratch | Cake Without Oven - Today sharing one of my favorite cake recipe that is easy to make and recommended for special events like Valentine and anniversary.

    As the name specifies it's a red colour chocolate cake topped with strawberry syrup.

    Easy Red Velvet Cake Recipe

    Red Velvet Cake Recipe Card

    Ingredients

    Egg White - 2
    Powder Sugar - ½ Cup
    Milk - 50 ml
    Egg Yolks -2
    All-Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
    Cocoa Powder - 1 Tbsp
    Vanilla Essence - ⅓ Tsp
    Baking Powder - ½ Tsp
    Baking Soda - ⅓ Tsp
    Salt - 2 Pinches
    Oil - ½ Cup
    Red Food Color - ⅓ Tsp

    Prepare Strawberry Topping:
    Water: 100 ml
    Strawberry Paste: 1 Cup
    Corn Flour: 1 Tbsp
    Powder Sugar: 1 Tbsp
    Vanilla Essence: ⅓ Tsp

    Method:

    1. Preparation of Red Velvet Cake: In a bowl, add egg whites and sieve powder sugar and beat well using the hand blender until the fluffy mixture formed.
    2. Then add egg yolks and milk and blend again.
    3. Next, Sieve All-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla essence and mix all the ingredients together.
    4. Add red food colour and blend using a hand blender for ½ minute in a clockwise direction.
    5. Set the cake mould. Brush oil in mould and place butter paper.
    6. Preheat the pan on the stove.
    7. Place cooking pan on stove and place stand inside the pan.
    8. Add little water to create moisture in the pan.
    9. Cover and preheat for 7 minutes.
    10. Pour the red velvet cake mix in the mould.
    11. Place mould in preheated pan.
    12. Cover and cook for about 35 minutes on low heat.
    13. After 30 to 35 minutes check cake using a knife/skewer.
    14. If the knife is clean remove cake mould from pan and cools it down.
    15. Remove pan from the mould.
    16. Prepare Strawberry Sauce for Topping: In a pan, add water and bring it to boil.
    17. Add powder sugar and mix well.
    18. Take fresh strawberries and blend using little water.
    19. Pour strawberry paste in the pan and mix well.
    20. Add cornflour in a pan and stir continuously to make think paste.
    21. Pour the strawberry paste on the cake and set it to cover the whole cake.
    22. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set the topping.
    23. Cut it into slices and decorate cake according to your choice.
    24. I dropped strawberry syrup and chocolate create along with fresh strawberry.Enjoy 'Red Velvet Cake' with your friend and family.
