What is Bhuna Gosht?
It's a traditional gosht recipe to prepare with the goat (mutton) and one of the famous dish in Pakistani and Indian cuisine. Bhuna is the native term that shows fried or saute meat. So to make this recipe, I marinate mutton with spices and cooked to make it tender before frying. As the mutton gets tender, it's been cooked on high temperature in a skillet or wok to create a bhuna (fried) texture. The end result will show the mutton wrapped with gravy and spices and oil floats on the surface.
Bhuna gosht is the best recipe idea for home gettogether. You can also refrigerate the cooked mutton and when you need you can simple fried it with the addition of spices. If you are a true foodie and meat lover then this is one of the recommended recipes that you need to give a try.
