Ingredients
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Chicken - 600 gms
Whole Garam Masala:
Cumin Seeds - ⅓ Tsp
Black Pepper - 12
Green Cardamom - 6
Cloves - 6
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Yogurt - ½ Cup
Tomatos - 2
Water - 150 ml
Green Chillies - 4
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - ⅓ Tsp
Method To Prepare "Chicken Karahi"
In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil as it heated up.
Then, Add whole garam masala to pops up,
Add ginger garlic paste 3 teaspoon and saute for few minutes.
Next, add Chicken and cook on high heat until chicken changes colour.
Now add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder and beaten yoghurt and cook on high heat.
As the floats on the surface at 2 tomatoes without skin.
Cook the tomatoes on high heat.
Add 150 ml water and cover for 25 minutes.
Also, add green chillies.
After, cook the karahi on high heat.
As the gravy gets thick, sprinkle garam masala powder.
Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander.
"Chicken Karahi" is ready to serve. Serve it with homemade Tawa Naan
