What is Gluten Free BBQ Sauce?

Gluten-free BBQ sauce is a barbecue sauce made without any ingredients that contain gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Many store-bought BBQ sauces can contain hidden sources of gluten, such as:

    • Cross-contamination during processing

A truly gluten-free BBQ sauce uses safe, gluten-free ingredients like ketchup, vinegar, spices, and sweeteners, and is either labeled gluten-free or made at home with certified gluten-free products. It's a safe and delicious option for people showing gluten intolerance, or anyone avoiding gluten in their diet.
