Garlic: Used a grated garlic clove to saute the veggies.

Veggies: Carrot, onion capsicum and green chilies used in diced form.
Seasoning: salt, red chili powder, and black pepper used.
Tomato Ketchup: Chili garlic tomato ketchup used as spread on toast.
Cheese: Used mozzarella and cheddar in this recipe. Any other option like sandwich cheese slice or cottage can be used.
How to Make Chili Cheese Toast
Stir Fry Vegetables
- In a pan, add oil and heat it up.
- Now add grated garlic, green chilis, and red chilli powder.
- Saute for a few seconds.
- Then add onion, carrot, and capsicum.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Now add cheddar cheese and mix well again.
- Keep it on the side and cool it down.
Prepare Bread Slices
- In the meanwhile, take bread slices.
- Spread chilli garlic tomato sauce on toast.
- Place veg stuffing over the toast.
- Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese to cover the toast.
Skillet Cooking
- In a pan, brush butter.
- Place bread slices on pan and toast on low heat.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes so the cheese get melt.
- Make sure the heat is low otherwise the toast will toast dark from the bottom.
- After 5 minutes, remove toast and cut diagonally.
- Veg chilli cheese toast is ready to serve.
