Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe Card
Ingredients:
- Oil - 2 Tsp
- Grated Garlic - 1 Clove
- Green Chilli - 1 Sliced
- Red Chilli Powder - ⅓ Tsp
- Onion (Chopped) - 1 Small
- Carrot (Chopped) - 3 Tsp
- Capsicum (Chopped) - 3 Tsp
- Salt - 2 Pinches
- Black Pepper - 1 Pinch
- Cheddar Cheese - 1 Tbsp
- Butter - 2 Tsp
- Bread Slices - 2
- Chilli Garlic Tomato Ketchup
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Tbps
Method:
- In a pan, add oil and heat it up.
- Now add grated garlic, green chillis, and red chilli powder.
- Saute for a few seconds.
- Then add onion, carrot, and capsicum.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix well.
- Now add cheddar cheese and mix well again.
- Keep it on the side and cool it down.
- In the meanwhile, take bread slices.
- Spread chilli garlic tomato sauce on toast.
- Place veg stuffing over the toast.
- Now sprinkle mozzarella cheese to cover the toast.
- In a pan, brush butter.
- Place bread slices on pan and toast on low heat.
- Cover the pan for 5 minutes so the cheese get melt.
- Make sure the heat is low otherwise the toast will toast dark from the bottom.
- After 5 minutes, remove toast and cut diagonally.
- Veg chilli cheese toast is ready to serve.
