Chicken - Used boiled chicken
Veggies - Carrot, capsicum, and onion
Salt & pepper - ½ Tsp
Paprika - Hot and spicy paprika powder used
Bread slices - Fresh white bread slices used
Mayonnaise - Will add flavor and make the stuffing juicy and creamy from inside after frying.
Beaten Eggs - Used for sandwich coating before frying. It will give a presentable golden color.
Bread Crumbs - Used for coating, it will make the sandwiches more crispy after frying.
Oil - Used to deep fry the sandwiches.
How To Make
Prepare the Stuffing: Boil chicken pieces and grind them properly. Move it to a bowl, add chopped carrot, capsicum, onion. Season with salt, black pepper, and hot and spicy paprika. Give it a good mix.
Sandwich Making: Now take bread slices and cut the sides. Flat the bread using a rolling pin. Spread the mayonnaise on bread. Place the chicken stuffing. Brush water on the sides of the bread. Place another piece of bread slice to cover the bread to form a sandwich. Gently press the sides to seal it properly. Now diagonally cut the sandwiches.
Coating: Coat sandwiches with egg and bread crumbs from all sides.
Frying: Deep fry on medium-high temperature until getting golden brown color.
Take out and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
