Ingredients
Eggs - 2
Chopped Onion - ½ Tbsp
Green Chilies - 2 Chopped
Fresh Coriander
Salt - To Taste
Red Chili Powder - ¼ Tsp
Butter - To fry Omelette
Bread Slices - 4
Method:
- Preparation of Omelette: In a bowl, add eggs, chopped onion, green chillies, fresh coriander, salt and red chilli powder and beat it to make it the fluffy mixture.
- Now heat up the frying pan.
- Brush butter in pan.
- Pour ½ of the eggs mixture in heated pan and cook it for about ½ minute on medium heat.
- Turn the omelette and fry for ½ minute.
- Toast the Bread: Now toast the bread from both sides.
- Make Sandwich: cut omelette into pieces and place properly in bread to make a sandwich.
- After making a sandwich, dip the sandwich into the remaining egg mixture.
- Fry the sandwich again to give it colour from both sides.
- Omelette sandwich is ready! Serve the sandwich with hot coffee or tea.
